most of your stuff are a tick and that's good but if you don't add promises, people will not trust your product and without bossy verbs, your ad will be weak. pictures are very important because people need to now how it looks and what their buying.

Analyzing Adverts



Advert 1

Question 1.What audience is the ad targeting?

Answer 1. The ad is mostly advertising to young people or teenagers.

Question 2.What technique does the ad use? 

Answer 2.They made the title like that so it could grab people's attention.

Question 3.Why do you think these techniques were chosen for this target audience?
Answer 3.They made it using positive words so people can see the ad and grab the reader's attention so they might buy the product.

Question 4.What does the ad suggest or say about the product or service?

Answer 4.It says that the skate-o-matic has four wheels,it goes fast and it's not bad.

Question 5.What does the ad say about the people who buy the product or the service?
 Answer 5.It says that Norris Cole says that the product is not bad.

Question 6. Was the ad successful? Why/ Why not?
Answer 6.no because it says it has been in the store for years and noone is buying it.

Answer 1. The ad is mostly advertising to young people or teenagers.

Answer 2.They made all the words bold and some with different colors to pop out.They put adjectives to grab all the people's attention.It also includes how it could help you and what is it's features in an expressing way.

Question 3.Why do you think these techniques were chosen for this target audience?
Answer 3.So it could be eye-catchng and apealing to the audience and so the people can see the ad from far away since it is bold.

Question 4.What does the ad suggest or say about the product or service?
Answer 4. The ad says the features of the product and the reasons how it could help you.

 Question 5.What does the ad say about the people who buy the product or the service?
Answer 5.A-Justin Bieber says" it is the the brand new way to travel" so it is like a testimonial ad as well.B-Bob of Balby says he has one and is great.

 Question 6. Was the ad successful? Why/ Why not?
Answer 6.es because so much people wanted to buy the product that there aren't many left in the store.

Factor need to be considered before making an advertisement.


My Summary:

Regional Culture:Regional Culture ads should be related to where you are,for example you are in Saudi Arabia you ad should be in Arabic so the people in the country could understand your ad.

Uniqueness: Uniqueness is one of the most important factors of an advertisement.If it's not unique nobody would be interested in the ad.If it's not unique it's not eye-catching. So.So if the ad is unique many people would like to see it.

Teasers:Teasers make the advertisement look better and makes the viewer more interested and curious about the ad and could create an impact on how the viewers look at the ad.

Brand and product category experience:Most people would like good advertisements if the consumers or customers experience with the brand and product category.

Psychology:Psychology is advertising process to communicate with target audience.Target audience can make and show the difference between human beings and the human behavior.

Presentation and selection of suitable media:It is important to present your advertisements through suitable media to influence the customer's mind.Before someone publish's an advertisement they should think about the media to advertise their product.

Content:The reason people advertise is that they can promote or make the company and it's product better.Example: if a celebrity advertises the product the people who likes the celebrity would probably copy the celebrity and buy the product this is one example :

Criteria A-Designing a CD Cover.

Designing a CD Cover




1-Go to Microsoft publisher.
2-Go to templates and go to CD labels,
3-Insert an oval and put it on the inner circle and place it in front and fill it white.
4-Insert an oval on the outer circle.
5-Save a picture and put it on the CD cover.
6-Go to snipping tool and snip the whole thing.
7-Then save it on to your documents.
8-Go to blogger then go to insert image and place the picture.

My reflection:I think what would make my steps better would be if I understand all my information and if I added detail it would have been better.
